1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ScammerSlammer ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Bot. The Bot is invite-only, and unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

2. Use of the Bot

ScammerSlammer is intended to help Discord communities prevent scams and fraudulent activity. Users agree to:

• Only use the Bot in servers where they have permission to moderate users.
• Not attempt to bypass or interfere with the Bot's automated functions.
• Provide accurate information when reporting suspected scams or submitting evidence.
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to the Bot commands.
• Reviewing banned users and evidence in accordance with their server's rules.
• Not using the Bot to harass, intimidate, or target individuals outside of legitimate scam detection purposes.

4. Limitations of Liability

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any errors or omissions in the automated banning or detection process.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Bot.
• Disputes or conflicts between server admins and users related to bans or reports.

5. Data Processing & Privacy

The Bot collects user IDs, usernames, messages, and report evidence for the purpose of scam detection and moderation. All data processing is in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Discord IDs are public information and not considered personally identifiable information (PII).

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Bot, including code, logos, and documentation, remain the property of the developers. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Bot or its assets without explicit permission.

7. Termination

We may revoke access to the Bot at any time, without notice, if a server or user violates these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and any applicable local jurisdiction where the Bot is operated.
